Unlike many compaines these days who just want you to order their products and never talk to you, we want to hear from you. With our vast experience in solving a large variety of water treatment problems we can make sure you get the right product and everything you need to install it the very first time.

Our commitment your satisfaction does not end with a sale though. If you get your product and need assistance in how to install it, wonder if it is working correctly or any other issue please call or email us. We do not use call centers so you will reach a true expert in the field who can assist you quickly and efficiently. We value your time also.

Warranty Policy

At the very minimum every product we sell can be returned for a full refund (less freight) or replacement within 30 days if you are not satisfied with its operation. After the initial return period we will replace or repair every product we sell if it does not perform as specified (not including consumables). Many items have warranties in far in excess of this and will be listed in the individual product listings.

Out of Warranty Products

We will attempt to repair, replace or furnish parts at minimal cost for all products sold by NanoSoft water. We can not be responsible for products sold by other vendors. If a particular product cannot be repaired we will offer a replacment at a substantial discount to our customers.

Professional Installation

We recommend professional installation of all produts by our network of authorized installers. If you are a water treatment professional or plumbing contractor please see use contact page to get more information about becoming an authorized installer. Authorized installers recieve premium technical support at no cost as necessary.

If you wish to install your own system we will be happy to assist you. We unfortunately cannot help with general plumbing questions and can only assist you with the proper installation of our products.
